Frog blog

This is another boring wildlife post. I'm sorry about that, but I am too tired for witticisms on account of the fact that I am now a full time "Aunty Hella" at my sister's house.

It's lovely hanging out with the kids all day but I am now a very tired lady. People keep telling me that it's different when they are your own. But since I can't confirm that, the advice is rather lost, and isn't getting rid of the eye bags much.

Anyway, from one house where the wildlife looks like this...

...to quite another (more selfish and infantile) house where the wildlife has caught itself a rather enormous worm.

Wow. We had the biggest toad I've ever seen in the garden the other day - I like toads and frogs, but I still nearly jumped out of my skin when I saw it.

I've also got massive bags under my eyes on account of theo deciding not to sleep at night yet again. Time to meet up for coffee and cake I think!

Wow a toad. That would have impressed all the boys in my life.
I nearly trod on this one as it was outside the front door. Glad it posed for a photo before tucking into its worm though.
See you tomorrow for child related madness. Good luck with the sleep!x
